Engineered inflection
Ben picked up the referral partner function and found gaps in the process, which he then found simple solutions generating minimal disruption to fill those gaps. Ben also began an internal knowledge base to make finding partners for clients smoother by publishing the who/what/why those partners brought to the platform. Ben also engaged with the Growth (Sales) team to identify gaps in process, write/edit copy to generate more/better prospects. At the same time as all this other work, he built a call review process to coach the Sales team on getting better on calls, driving towards more specific end results, and making those reps better at their job.
